Furthermore, we now offers an option to promote your brand with custom apparel sold directly through our site!

T-shirt orders can include promotional materials if you choose. (coupons, decals, booklets etc.)
HOW MANY DESIGNS CAN I SUBMIT?
As many as you like! But we hold the rights to refuse / remove graphics that are deemed trademarked, aren't up to code, offensive or promote negativity.
CAN YOU HELP ME WITH MY GRAPHICS?
Yes! Consider this a partnership. If you take the time to push, share and promote our works, there's no reason we can't return the favour. Please send an email to customs@fjet.ca of your ideas and we'll reply as soon as possible.
WHAT KIND OF SHIRTS DO YOU PRINT ON?
We print our shirts on quality 65% polyester, 35% cotton garments.
CAN I GET A DISCOUNT FOR A BULK ORDER
Yes! We offer 20% bundle of 15 garments or more for both shirts and hoodies.
CAN YOU CREATE A CUSTOM DESIGNS?
Looking for a one-off shirt to wear at team functions, bridal parties or family gathering? We'll create this for you!
An additional charge may apply if our graphic artist needs extra time to generate your work.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Changed your mind? An order may be cancelled within 24 hrs it was placed. Email us at cancel@fighterjet.ca
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
All individual orders ship out approximately 5-7 business days after purchase. If we expect any delays, we'll contact you directly via email or phone.
PAYMENTS AND ONLINE SECURITY
We currently accept: PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. Your order is100% safe. Fighter Jet Studios® works within Shopify's e-commerce security compliance.
CUSTOM FEES?
Depending on where you live in the world, your package may be subject to customs fees and/or taxes imposed by the local customs office. These fees are not included in the original transaction as Fighter Jet Studios® does not control these terms.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information regarding your country’s fees, duties and taxes and when they may apply.
Fighter Jet Studios ® is not responsible for customs fees. Refunds cannot be issued for the order, shipping fee, or customs fee should the package be refused due to customs fees.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the custom printing and limited edition nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if the order wasn’t what you were expecting please reach out and we’ll work with you to ensure you’re happy with your Fighter Jet Studios® purchase!
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT
Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date at help@fjet.ca. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement. Please ensure to include a photo of the item in your email!
PRIVACY POLICY
Fighter Jet Studios® will never rent, sell, or otherwise share your personal information (email, name, address, order history, credit card data) with any third party. By necessity, this agreement excludes the sharing of your name and shipping address with one of our shipping providers, Canada Post / UPS / USPS / DHL, in order to ship our garments to you.
